The hotel features exceptionally clean and spacious rooms, making for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the helpful staff, notably Ariana, Juan, and Lili, who made my experience more enjoyable. However, the nearby streets were a bit rundown, which could be concerning for some. For the price, it's a decent option, but improvements in certain areas would enhance the experience.

great price, proximity to city centre, attached OXXO convenience store
This hotel could improve by having English-speaking staff who are attentive at check-in!!! The cheap, flimsy décor and noise insulation leaves something to be desired, as I could hear everything from my neighbors!!!

Solo travelers suitable spot
The staff was helpful, the doorman even guided us on how to take the bus and find a good taxi rate. The location is great, we could walk to so many very nice spots like the market and historic sites.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it was acceptable.
